Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through NorthPeak, operated by NorthPeak Horizon Commerce Inc.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, package size, product weight, and selected delivery method.
Any free-shipping promotion will be clearly shown on the product page or during checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery generally takes 3–8 business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Large or Oversized Products
Some products, including collapsible wagons and other oversized outdoor equipment, may be shipped separately or require additional handling. Products within the same order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
Tracking
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment. If tracking has not updated after this period, please contact us.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
NorthPeak is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will assist you with submitting an eligible carrier claim.
